Location is key when buying property anywhere and most of our properties are located at Gulluk in the Bodrum Peninsula. Gulluk means “Place of Roses” in Turkish that possibly gives a good idea as to the beautiful and peaceful setting.

Gulluk is a small fishing town on the Aegean coast that has many advantages including being extremely accessible to Bodrum’s international airport and the lively and cosmopolitan centre of Bodrum itself.

Gulluk is enjoying something of a renaissance at the present time particularly with plans for a new marina as well as a new seaside golf course nearby.
